Dr. Chen is an assistant professor of genomics. His research focuses on understanding the dynamics and importance of the genetic, environmental and evolutionary forces that shape biological diversity. Chen works closely with Institute for Biosecurity and Microbial Forensics researchers on microbiome analysis of wheat.
