The Medicago truncatula Mutant Database provides access to Tnt1 and Fast Neutron Bombardment (FNB) mutant resources that support gene function discovery and legume research. The database includes mutant images, phenotypic descriptions and sequence information for researchers studying Medicago truncatula.

About
Currently this database contains images of Tnt1 and FNB mutants that show significant phenotypes, organized according to line numbers. In addition, FSTs associated with specific Tnt1 lines are contained in a BLAST-able dataset. Functionality of the website may be updated periodically.
